Projects, papers and stuff like that
Hoping it can be useful to someone, one day, as my classmates' works and tests were for me, I'm putting everything I still have online, again. Not today (time for bed), but real soon, I promise. :)
Term project #1 -- 2007
So, I finally finished my first term paper, for my information systems' course. Defended it in november last year, and got an A+ ;) I just have to thank all marvelous people around me that helped me to get through it and survive: my family, boyfriend, friends, advisor and colleagues. You all are wonderful. Soon i'll post here all related stuff, it's a promise. For now, have the application I wrote to prove Ubuntu's accessibility correct: Brincando de contar histórias.
Term project #2 -- 2008
I'm currently working with natural language processing. My work consists in recognizing relations between named entities in a given text, and exploring applications for these algorithms I'm writing. I'd love to exchange ideas in the fields of data mining, semantic web and related stuff. Please, if you have any ideas or would like to know more, contact me by email: mirian.bruckschen at gmail, you know.
